Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.

You keep ownership of the recipes, notes, and other content you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display, and process that content so the app can work for you and for households you choose to share with.

Only upload content you have the right to use. If you import a recipe from another site, that source's rights and terms still apply to the original text and images.

Recipe Wheel can surface recipes and photos from third-party catalogs and stock photo libraries. That content belongs to its respective owners, may change or disappear, and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

Some features require a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Prices may change. We will give notice before a change affects your renewal.

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break or overload it, no scraping or bulk extraction of content, no reverse engineering, no uploading unlawful or harmful material, and no using it to infringe someone else's rights.

We work to keep Recipe Wheel available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recipe Wheel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of recipes, ingredients, or suggestions in the app. See our disclaimer for details about food, allergens, and health.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
